Mahlalerwa Memorial Park (MMP) a division of African Wilddogs Property Developers (AWPD) is looking for a competent freelance sales Agents with experience.

Remuneration is fully based on COMMISSION Structure.

MMP is an exclusive private Cemetery in the City of Matlosana based between Jouberton and Kanana in the North West Province.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Their duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Identify, contact and recruit potential clients

• Doing sales presentations, answering customer’s questions about products, prices, availability, product users and credit terms.

• Marketing and selling of grave plots and other related services

• Participate in Sales Campaigns

REPORTING:

• Report directly to the Project Manager

QUALIFICATION/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

• NQF Level 4 (Matric) and/or equivalent qualification in marketing and sales field and/or related sector.

• 3-5 years of Experience in the funeral AND insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.

• Be able to communicate fluently in English and any other African Languages.

• Product Knowledge

• Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills

• Meeting Sales Targets

• Client relationships/Customer Care

• Self-driven

• Service oriented

• Preferably having own transport will be an added advantage.
